Some groups prefer to bring faculty into their facility to provide training. Other groups are interested in in-house training that helps facilitate their ability to actually determine their readiness for an HIE, EHR or other HIT, identify their functional requirements, assess options, etc. This training can provide the exact same content as the onsite seminars, or be enhanced to address the group's special requirements. For example, Health IT Certification has recently provided three-day custom onsite training and testing programs for a major state retirement system and for a coalition of nine rural community hospitals brought together by a regional community college. If you are interested in custom training and testing, please contact Steven S. Lazarus at 303-488-9911.
